In the following document the HEAVENLY HEARTS Network website you are registering with is referred to as 'Site' and the client applicant is referred to as 'you'.

HEAVENLY HEARTS makes the information on this Site, including without limitation, all text, graphics, files, communications, and products available through the Site (subsequently referred as 'Sources') and all services operated by HEAVENLY HEARTS and third parties through the Site (subsequently referred as 'Services'), available for use by you subject to the terms, conditions, restrictions and limitations set forth in this document and any changes to this Terms and Conditions Agreement (also referred to as 'Agreement') that HEAVENLY HEARTS may publish in the future. By accessing or using this Site in any way, including, without limitation, registering on the Site, using of any of the Services, searching the Site or merely browsing the Site, you agree to and are bound by the terms, conditions, restrictions and limitations of this Agreement and HEAVENLY HEARTS' Privacy Policy. Every time you access the respective HEAVENLY HEARTS Network website, by doing that you confirm your agreement with HEAVENLY HEARTS' Privacy Policy and this Agreement. You must be aware of this information and we recommend you familiarize yourself with it regularly.

All material placed on the HEAVENLY HEARTS web site is done so at the full discretion of HEAVENLY HEARTS. Any profile information placed on the HEAVENLY HEARTS web site representing a registered member or client is deemed to be accurate at the time of posting. All members must agree to provide accurate and truthful information about themselves when using the Site, and in communication with other Members. All members must agree to not use the Site for any illegal activities. All members must agree to not transmit any chain letters or junk email to other Members, harass, abuse, solicit, or advertise to any Member. All members must agree to not pursue any goals of monetary gain through the contacts originated from the use of the Site and hereby confirm that they are aware that such use will be considered as the breach of this Agreement. Whereas HEAVENLY HEARTS cannot and will not monitor the conduct of its Members off the Site, it is also a breach of this Agreement to use any contacts entered through the Site for any illegal activities, abusing, harassing or harming another person, including, but not limited to, HEAVENLY HEARTS personnel.

Any content submitted by you to HEAVENLY HEARTS or the Site or to any address of HEAVENLY HEARTS by electronic or any other means, will become the property of HEAVENLY HEARTS and by posting or submitting any content to HEAVENLY HEARTS you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to HEAVENLY HEARTS an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, world-wide rights to use, display and distribute this content by any means known and to be discovered, and use this content for any purpose whatsoever, without any notice or compensation to you, including without limitation, the using on the Site and preparing derivative works of, or incorporating into other works. HEAVENLY HEARTS will not be liable to you or anyone else for any use it makes of your submission of any content to HEAVENLY HEARTS.

All members are solely responsible for their interactions with other Members. HEAVENLY HEARTS accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any disputes you may have with other Members. HEAVENLY HEARTS may, in its sole discretion, monitor such disputes but it is not obliged to do so.

All HEAVENLY HEARTS Network web sites are intended for the personal use of individual users only and may not be used for any other purpose.

HEAVENLY HEARTS may choose to change the terms, conditions and operation of this Agreement anytime, such modifications to be effective upon posting on the Site. By registering on the Site the user waives any rights or claims it may have against HEAVENLY HEARTS and agrees to comply with HEAVENLY HEARTS 'Privacy Policy and this Agreement.
Users are allowed to use the Site if they are legally allowed to enter marriage at their age by the applicable laws of their country of residence, but they must be at least 18 years old. By registering on the Site you warrant that you are able to enter into this Agreement and have the rights and capacity to enter into this Agreement. You also warrant that you are a person of good character and that you will be using the Site for legitimate and legal purposes only.

The content available through the Site is the sole property of HEAVENLY HEARTS and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Except as otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, all content owned by HEAVENLY HEARTS and received through the Site may be downloaded, displayed and printed for your personal, non-commercial use only, through the means of your home computer. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate, or in any way disclose or use for circulation, the content, including but not limited to data, images and information, received through the Site to anyone, including, but not limited to, your friends, family, or colleagues, without HEAVENLY HEARTS' prior written consent. All information published on HEAVENLY HEARTS Network website on behalf of its members should be treated as private and confidential and publication of such information on HEAVENLY HEARTS does not specify that this information is in the public domain.

HEAVENLY HEARTS reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse access to the Site to users located in certain countries and to certain individuals, irrespective of their location HEAVENLY HEARTS reserves the right to terminate the Membership respective to you or to any client or terminate the purchased services respective to you or to any client, including but not limited to Romance Tour services, or revoke access respective to you or to any client pertaining to any or all HEAVENLY HEARTS Network websites or services without exception if any member who so contravenes the terms and conditions of Membership or if any member acts in a threatening, violent or suspicious manner that includes, but is not limited to, acts of aggression, acts of violence, acts that contravene acceptable codes of conduct, threats, misconduct, acts that attempt to circumvent Site procedure and protocol, acts that constitute physical or verbal abuse, acts of libel or slander or acts that attempt to bring into disrepute the good name or professional reputation of HEAVENLY HEARTS. Should you or any member have their membership terminated or be refused access to any HEAVENLY HEARTS Network websites or service, they will not be entitled to any form of refund, compensation or entitlement.
